Audio engineering is an art as well as a science. Not only must the engineer understand and be able to operate the equipment effectively, but also the engineer should be able to understand the particular type of sound or feeling that the artist is trying to create, and help them bring it to life through a variety of means. Creating the right environment for a recording session is a big factor as to how it’s going to sound, and making the artists feel comfortable, both physically and emotionally, is at least as important as the technical considerations.
At Fog City, we take all of these factors into consideration, and this is why we have so many happy clients.
