SOLAR TRIBE uniquely combines sounds from around the world - the Far East, Celtic cultures, the Middle-East - within the modern pop/rock paradigm. Soaring Female Voices, Melodic songs flavored by hypnotic guitars, drum loops and vocal chants creating a sound that is simultaneously ancient and modern. The band frequently plays full houses at Chicago's Metro, House of Blues, Martyr's and The Double Door. In March, they released "Enlightened Paramecium," an 8 song EP, to a sold-out crowd at Metro. The EP includes tracks from their first full-length CD "Conscious Pilot," which will be available later this year. "Conscious Pilot" was recorded in Los Angeles with producer Michael Vail Blum (Madonna, Bryan Ferry, Pink Floyd, Jewel, Infectious Grooves).

Audiopilot
is an art rock/ emo rock quartet from the Santa Barbara area. Audiopilot's music has been described as emotionally melodic and raucous, infectiously rhythmic, and aggressively beautiful. Two of the
band members, Jason Napier (vocal/guitar) and Dony West(guitar/vocal) met at art school in Columbus Oh. Forming the band Ferret Lust in 1996, creating music and art was the mainstay of the formidable years of the band. Upon meeting Chris McQuoid (bass guitar), adding the solid rhythm section and low end along with drummer J. Dokkens, the band Sink to See was formed in 1998.
